As Phillip indicated Print Center is an out of date utility, but since you
give absolutely do specs it's impossible to give you specific suggestions.
Make sure your version of OS X is up-to-date
Make sure your version of Office is up-to-date
Make sure your printer driver is up-to-date
Run Disk Utility - Repair Disk Permissions
Shut down your Mac & restart
If that doesn't resolve the problem reply back with *details*, without which
there isn't much more we can do.
